Overview

Mindful Go-Getters Club provides digital content, group coaching, and community-based support designed for personal growth and productivity. Coaching is a collaborative process and not therapy, medical, or professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have a parent or guardian’s written permission) to join and participate in the membership.

Payments and Membership

  • All payments are processed securely at checkout

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly)

  • By purchasing, you agree to the selected billing cycle

If payment fails, access may be paused until payment is completed.

Cancellations and Changes

  • You can cancel, upgrade, or change your plan anytime through your account

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to content, all payments are non-refundable.

Community Guidelines

To keep the space safe and supportive:

  • Be respectful and kind to all members

  • No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior

  • No spam, self-promotion, or unsolicited offers

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.

Confidentiality

We encourage a safe space where members can share openly. While we aim to maintain confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that all members will do the same.

Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

Liability

The Mindful Go-Getters Club is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results based on participation in the membership. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health advice.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the membership means you accept any updates.
