About 1:1 Happiness Coaching
This is a 12-week program for ambitious women, comprised by 5 phases to help you go from stuck to living a happier life.
I will be with you along every single step to empower you, hold you accountable, and provide you with the guidance you need.
Everything in our sessions will be based on scientifically validated methodologies rooted in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, NLP Coaching, Mindfulness, and Holistic Wellness.
